During this factory visit, our customers carefully checked and tested our core products including hydraulic puller, hydraulic tensioner, conductor stringing block, anti-twist wire rope, cable laying capstan, together with a full range of lineman tools and overhead stringing accessories.
Our hydraulic puller and hydraulic tensioner, also known as puller tensioner set, are widely used for conductor stringing, OPGW and AAAC cable installation on high voltage transmission towers. With infinitely variable speed control, real-time tension display and automatic overpull protection, these hydraulic puller tensioner machines guarantee stable and safe stringing operation for 115kV, 220kV, 500kV power line projects.
Customers also inspected our aluminum alloy stringing block / pulley block. These stringing blocks with MC nylon sheaves protect conductors and optical ground wire from scratch during pulling. Different groove quantity and diameter options are available for single conductor, bundled conductor and OPGW stringing works.
The anti-twist wire rope is an essential pilot rope matched with hydraulic puller and capstan winch. It eliminates rotation and twisting risks when pulling cables over long spans and cross obstacles such as highways and rivers.
Our cable laying capstan / cable pulling winch is lightweight and portable, commonly used for distribution cable pulling, underground cable laying and auxiliary conductor stringing jobs.
